The Plan:
March 14 Thursday
Ride leaves from Fletcher’s South
Going to St. Augustine, 238 miles give or take a U-Turn or two.
Lunch in Mt. Dora with a stop at Destination Daytona.
Ride features some great country roads and only 12 miles of Interstate.

March 15 Friday
It’s a 51 mile ride down the beach, USA1A, from St. Augustine to Daytona.
Parking is in the Calvary Baptist Church parking lot on Earl St.
Once parked everyone is free to do whatever they want to do.
There’s Ocean Center, Main Street madness, Board Walk Bike Show and lots more.
Plan to be back at the parking lot at 3:30pm for the ride back to St. Augustine or let the ride leader know that you’re staying in town to party the night away.

March 16 Saturday
You may want to return to Daytona or hit some of the other venues, like the Cabbage Patch, the Broken Spoke, etc. Some may want to explore historic St. Augustine.
There will be a ride going to Kingsley Plantation on Fort George Island. Ride goes to Mayport, where for $5.00 we’ll take a ferry across the St. Johns River then on to Kingsley Plantation. Total miles 51.
The 2 mile road into the plantation is not paved, though usually well graded and hard packed.
For more information about the plantation Google Kingsley Plantation.
The return ride will take us back to the ferry, another $5.00 and south on A1A to St. Augustine. Total miles 45.
Lunch, depending on the time could be either Singletons Seafood Shack in Mayport or Caps on the Water in Vilano Beach.

March 17 Sunday
The return route takes us to Palatka for breakfast at Angel’s Diner, the oldest diner (1932) in Florida. As FWCMC is possibly the oldest motorcycle club in Florida, it just seems appropriate.
Then we’re off through the Ocala National Forest where we can stop at Sweet Jane’s Candy Store for Whoopie Pies.

Lodging
We have 10 rooms blocked for March 14 – 17 at the Edgewater Inn in St. Augustine.
Contact Dick Pritchard for reservation information, 727-530-3349.
